How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. If you're already logged in, go to Profile → Change password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ClimbingDad → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ClimbingDad → Cancel
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account in the app, or visit our account deletion page for more options.
My data isn't syncing
ClimbingDad works offline and syncs when you're back online. If syncing seems stuck, try: close and reopen the app, check your internet connection, or sign out and sign back in.
Can I use ClimbingDad offline?
Yes! You can log sessions, track climbs, and browse workouts offline. Your data will sync automatically when you reconnect.
How do I change my language?
Go to Profile and select your preferred language (English or Polish).
