How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open ClimbingDad and go to your Profile
- Scroll down and tap "Delete account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to climbingdad@mateuszkuba.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, preferences)
- All climbing sessions and workout history
- Goals, achievements, and milestones
- Training path progress
- Onboarding preferences and settings
- Trainer connections and assigned goals
- All other data associated with your account
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in your app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop recurring charges:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ClimbingDad → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ClimbingDad → Cancel
