Know what to train
today

The app lays out your week from your own recovery and spacing rules — or your coach does — so on Tuesday there is one session waiting and nothing to decide.

Free. No paywall on your own training. Works offline. English and Polish.

Hangboard, bouldering and lead in one training log

Weekly training plan screen

Your week, laid out for you

From what you own, what you want to work on, and how recovered you are. Press “lay it out differently” and you get another honest answer, not a shuffle — and it will not put two finger days back to back, even if you ask it to.

Live training session screen

Logged while you’re still on the wall

Sets and loads as you do them. A rest timer that starts itself when you tick a set off, and a hang timer that runs the seconds on the edge. Every climb gets a grade and an outcome — flash, onsight, redpoint, top, fall, attempt.

Readiness score screen

Six systems, not one number

Fingers and CNS clear over about 72 hours, aerobic over 24 — so a single recovery score is a lie. Built only from what you logged: no wearable, no heart-rate strap, and it needs a fortnight of sessions before it claims anything. It informs; it never forbids. How the readiness score works.

Three logged sessions and it starts telling you something.

Your data

Your log has exactly one author

A coach can plan your week and leave notes on a session. A coach cannot write down what you did — not by accident, not by design, not even for you. That is enforced in the database, not promised in an app.

Built by Mateusz Kuba, a climbing coach in Warsaw, because real training plans belong on a phone rather than in a spreadsheet.

What does it cost?

The app is free and your own training is never behind a paywall. If you train with a coach here, you pay the coach their price and the app comes with it.

Who decides my session?

You lay the week out once, the app lays it out for you from your preferences and your recovery, or your coach does. The point is that on the day you are not deciding.

Do I need a hangboard?

No — plenty of people just log climbing and watch readiness. If you do train fingers, the app runs the protocols and the timing, down to edge width and added load. Hangboard training.

Will it work at my gym?

It logs with no signal and syncs when it gets one, so reception at the wall does not matter. English and Polish throughout.
